2024-2017
After years of freelance gigs, I found myself gravitating towards a single client. They supported me in designing 0→1 products, and they had a flat organization with the highest impact I could imagine.
This collaboration grew into a full-time designer role, where I did IC work for years before the team grew to 10 members. This change meant completely new responsibilities for me as a manager.
The team was scattered around the globe so I had to adapt and had to focus on dealing with a fully remote team. I built processes, wrote documentation and facilitated rituals as Head of Product Design @ Kinsta.

Over twenty years, I learned everything from my agency mentors, teammates, business people, some insane data scientists and programmers. From the early exciting times of Flash intros through realtime 3D, and a short detour to AR/VR, my main focus became product design and strategy.
I enjoyed building new products from the ground up. I collaborated with diverse teams from the music, aviation, travel and telco industries, just to name a few.
